Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund it in full, if an item is unavailable, if pricing or product information was published in error, or if we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.
Pricing, currency, and taxes
All prices are shown and charged in CAD. Prices may change at any time before an order is placed. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. Any processing or convenience fee is disclosed on the checkout page before you pay.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting a payment you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method presented. Payment card details are captured and processed by our payment processor. We never store your full card number on this site. Your statement will show a charge from MacLachlan College.
Product information
We work to describe products and show colours accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image, or specification is complete or error free, and screen colour can differ from the physical item.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund and Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use this store to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it by automated means, or to resell products misrepresented as coming from us.
Intellectual property
The content on this store, including text, images, logos, and product photography, belongs to MacLachlan College or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to take payment, fulfil your order, and provide support, and we do not sell it. Payment data is handled by our payment processor under the PCI DSS standard.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
